At our roundtable meeting, I had three new people come up to me and compliment our marketing! They all thought I was responsible. They noted that all of the little touches make such a big difference, starting with a personalized gift bag upon arrival, name tags at dinner, and then such fantastic coordination of materials at the meeting (name tents, name tags, signage, handouts, note pads). They were so impressed. And we hear it at every roundtable by at least a few. Nobody does it like Cramer!
I know I take for granted how much your work makes a difference. You make it look so easy, TG – we just send it to you and you wave a magic wand and it comes out looking like we know what we’re doing!
