Transformations

The world resets in a dramatic fashion when the seasons evolve from the grays and browns of winter into vibrant colors of spring and summer. Lawns go from drab to a jewel tone green making me want to throw a blanket down and stare up into a brilliant blue sky, taking time to just be still in a way that we rarely allow ourselves to enjoy.

I’m a sucker for the smells floating around this time of year, too. If your neighborhood is anything like mine, a walk in the early evening is a perfume carnival of meat on a grill, lilac bushes and freesia blooms and fresh cut lawns reminding us that a new day full of adventures comes as soon as tomorrow.

It’s the world collectively engaging in a redesign that inspires my craft and fuels my soul.

Because everywhere I go and everywhere I look, I get to share with clients who are considering a little spring spruce or some wanting an entire transformation.

The privilege of coaching clients from a “before” to a dramatic “after” by providing a piece or a plan that better represents who they are and how they work with their own audiences, is an opportunity I don’t take lightly.

Each opportunity to help clients create something they love, I in turn learn more about active listening and asking questions that matter. Like what’s working and what are the pain points? Or what have we not considered that we should? Those answers are crucial to helping us move forward.

Seasons transitions remind us that change doesn’t have to be scary. It can reinvigorate and revitalize us, and help us see everyday things with a clear, fresh take.

Considering a refresh? Maybe you want to take a dive into something more? Let’s chat. I know just the spot where we can let your ideas grow.

This spring, the Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Medicine Division partnered with us to transform their annual symposium brochure. After 31 years they were ready for a full color, visually appealing brochure. In addition to design and change in brochure size, we reorganized content to highlight the symposium objectives and target audience on the first panel. Then the registration form was moved below the schedule creating a stronger call to action for attendees to enroll after selling them on topics they’ll learn.

Client Feedback:
